Counseling when and how you want — META provides confidential video, phone, and chat sessions with META providers

Choose your own counselor — Filter providers by language, gender, ethnicity, and therapy style to find someone you can feel comfortable contacting. ILT counselors may also be available for sessions on META.

School-paid sessions available — ILT is covering the costs for a limited number of counseling sessions available on a first-come, first-served basis. Use the filters in the app to show providers offering school-sponsored sessions.
