Who we are:
MetaPro, Inc. (collectively, “META”, “we”, or “us”) is a technology platform (“Platform”) that enables visitors, users, and others to identify, engage with and receive mental wellness services from Mental Wellness Providers and/or legal services from Legal Providers through the META website located at www.meta.app and other websites (“Website”) or our mobile application (“Application”), both controlled by META or one of its affiliates (collectively “Site”). META is NOT a healthcare provider NOR a legal service provider, but rather has entered into an agreement with each participating Mental Wellness Provider and Legal Service Provider to provide certain services.
Mental Wellness Providers are independent licensed, accredited, or certified mental wellness professionals or practices, which may include psychiatrist, psychologist, professional counselor, marriage therapist, social worker therapist, or other such professionals as determined by META. Each participating Mental Wellness Provider has entered into a contractual arrangement with META to receive certain services, including being listed as a provider on the Site and being granted access to the Platform to provide telehealth mental wellness services to patients.
Legal Providers are independent licensed attorneys or law firms, which have entered into a contractual arrangement with META to receive certain services, including being listed as a provider on the Site and being granted access to the Platform to provide legal services to clients.
