Use the advanced filters to show providers who accept your insurance
Match yourself to a counselor
From the App Home Screen, click on Match me with a counselor
Find providers offering free sessions
Scroll down and select “Show providers who offer free, school-sponsored sessions” and click on Apply Filters to see counselors you can talk to for free.
Will the counselor know I don’t need to pay?
Yes, by toggling the filter above, only providers offering free sessions will appear.
Will anyone know if I use META?
No, your counseling sessions are private. META is a safe space. Your school will not know if you have a counseling session.
Who can I contact if I have a problem?
